Upload your Excel or CSV customer list: put phone numbers in one format, find duplicate people, fix emails and names. Download the clean list as Excel, CSV, or the ÖzgürKod import format.
Processing…
.xlsx, .xls and .csv files; up to 50,000 rows. You can also pick a file from your phone.
We guessed the columns from the headers and content. Correct anything that is wrong; unmatched columns are kept as-is in the clean file.
All your columns are kept; corrected values replace the originals, and “Phone Type”, “Issues” and “Source Row No” are added at the end. Choose XLSX if you will open it in Excel.
No rows with issues.
Rows with an invalid/suspicious phone, a bad email, or no name or contact info; the reason is shown next to each one.
Same columns, same order as the CRM’s sample import file: Full name · Phone · Email · Country · City · Source · Service · Notes. Phone numbers are written in international format (+90…).
The file you uploaded was not changed at all; you can download the same file again here.
Upload the “ÖzgürKod import format” file in the Import dialog on the CRM’s customer list; the columns match automatically, and records with the same phone are updated instead of created again. Then you can send a WhatsApp message from each person’s card and follow conversations on one screen.
0532 111 22 33 → +90 532 111 22 33+90 (532) 111-22-33 → +90 532 111 22 330090 532 111 2233 → +90 532 111 22 335321112233 → +90 532 111 22 330212 555 66 77 → unchanged (landline)+44 7911 123456 → unchanged (foreign +44)
This format is easy to read and matches the international notation that WhatsApp and SMS sending systems expect. In the ÖzgürKod import file, phone numbers are written without spaces as +905321112233.
The same person may appear in the list twice, as “0532 111 22 33” and as “+90 532 111 2233”. That is why only the last 10 digits of phone numbers are compared; a different country code or leading 0 does not hide a duplicate. Rows with the same email address also go into the same group.
When merging, the row you select becomes the primary record. Empty fields in the primary record are filled from the other rows, and notes are appended side by side with “|”. Conflicting values (e.g. a different email) are not lost; they are written to the “Merge Note” column.
Nowhere. Your file is processed inside your browser, in the memory of your computer or phone. The page only downloads the tool code from our server; not a single row of your list is sent to our server or any other service, and it is not written to browser storage either. When you close the page, the data is deleted from memory.
In downloaded CSV files, cells starting with “=”, “+”, “-” or “@” get a single quote (’) at the start. This is a security measure that prevents Excel from executing the cell as a formula. For lists you will open in Excel, we recommend the XLSX format.
No. The file is read and cleaned in your browser; it is not sent or saved to our server or any other service. Even if you disconnect from the internet after selecting the file, the tool keeps working.
Excel converts long numbers to scientific notation and rounds anything beyond 15 digits. In that case the last digits of the number may be lost. The tool flags these cells as invalid; you need to get the correct number from the source again. Setting the phone column to the “Text” format in Excel prevents the problem from the start.
Their formats are not changed. They are labeled “Landline”, “Business line” or “Foreign (+country code)”. Only Turkish mobile numbers are converted to the +90 5XX XXX XX XX format.
No. We show duplicates in groups; you decide for each group whether to “Merge” or “Keep separate”. If you want, you can approve and merge them all at once. Your original file is never changed and can be downloaded again at any time.
Up to 50,000 rows at a time. The process runs in a separate browser thread, so the page does not freeze. You can clean larger lists by splitting them into parts.
Download the “ÖzgürKod import format” file and upload it to the Import dialog in the customer list in CRM. The column names match the CRM's sample file, so they map automatically. Because CRM does not accept rows without a name and phone number, those rows are left out of the file; you can fix them in the “Problem rows” file.
