Order & invoice tracking

Orders from five channels, organized on one screen

A Shopify order sits in an email, a WhatsApp order in a screenshot, a phone order in a notebook... That clutter leads to returns and delays. ÖzgürKod brings all orders into one panel: number, line items, status, payment and invoice address.

One lost order costs you twice — in refunds and in apology messages.

If your average order value is ₺1,500: the monthly cost of your subscription equals 2 orders.

Order management: one flow from sale to delivery

An order’s life doesn’t end with the sale: it has to be prepared, shipped, paid for and, if needed, refunded. In ÖzgürKod, every order opens with a unique order number; you add products/services line by line (unit price, quantity, per-line discount), and the shipping amount and grand total are calculated automatically. Customer information is linked to the CRM card — order history, messaging and payments all collect in one place.

Two status flows run in parallel: operations (new → preparing → in transit → completed / canceled / refunded) and payment (pending → paid / partial payment / refunded). That’s why ÖzgürKod catches orders that were “shipped but whose payment was forgotten.” Every order keeps the assigned team member and a source tag (manual, web, Shopify, WhatsApp, phone); which channel generates revenue, who processes how many orders — the report is ready.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

How are returns handled?

The order is set to “returned”; on the payment side it is marked “refunded.” The return reason is logged in the notes, and past orders and returns appear together on the customer card.

How do partial payments work?

The order's payment status is set to “partial payment”; you track the details of each payment line by line (amount, date, method, receipt) in the Payments & Payment Collection module.

Can I issue e-invoices?

There is no direct integration with the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB) yet; it is on our roadmap. Because the line items, amounts and invoice address on the order are kept complete, issuing it in your current e-invoice (e-Fatura) software is a 1-minute copy job.

Can I see which channel sells more?

Yes. Every order carries a source tag (web/Shopify/WhatsApp/phone/manual); you can filter the list by source and compare by period.
