Why should payment collection live inside the CRM?
When payment details sit in accounting software, customer details in the CRM and receipts in WhatsApp, the question “did we have money coming from this customer?” takes you through three apps. In ÖzgürKod, payment lives on the deal and the customer card: when a quote is approved and becomes a deal, the subtotal, discount (rate or amount), VAT and grand total are already calculated; you record collections line by line on this record.
Every payment line carries an amount, date, method, transaction type and note; you also upload the receipt the customer sent to the same record — the “I sent the receipt” message doesn’t get lost. You note the payment plan on the deal and track quotes past their validity date on the dashboard. Who entered it and when is also clear: every payment record keeps the team member who processed it.

Frequently asked questions
Can I set up a payment plan?
Yes. You note the payment plan on the deal (e.g. “3 equal payments: June 1, 15 and 30”), then record each payment as it comes in, line by line. The remaining balance and the percentage paid appear on the deal screen.
Can I see a customer’s full payment history?
Yes. The customer’s card shows all of their deals and payments in chronological order; from the payment history screen you can also filter the whole business by date or method.
Can I correct a payment that was entered wrongly?
Yes. Payment records can be edited and deleted; deleted records are kept marked in the database (soft delete), and every record stores which team member handled it — the audit trail is preserved.
Do you support online payments (virtual POS)?
The module is built around recording and tracking payments; sending payment links to customers and virtual POS payment collection are on our roadmap. Today you can manage your bank transfer/EFT, card and cash payments in full, with their receipts.
