Social media management

No more content chaos: one calendar, a clear flow

“What are we posting this week? Who has the image? Has it been approved?” — All of these questions end on a single screen. Plan your content on the calendar, have AI generate headlines and images, run it through the approval flow; after publishing, the same CRM handles the comment and DM traffic.

Content studio + Calendar + Engagement: all in one

In most businesses, social media lives in three disconnected pieces: content ideas in a notes app, visuals on a designer's computer, and the “when do we post this” info in someone's head. ÖzgürKod brings those three pieces together in one place. You create content in the Studio (AI headline/description suggestions and AI image generation are at your fingertips), plan it in the calendar (post, reels, story, carousel, video or text-only; every card carries date-time and target platform badges), and manage it with the status flow: draft → pending approval → approved → scheduled → published → archived.

This flow shows its strength in teamwork: an intern's draft can't move to “scheduled” without a manager's approval. Who is waiting on what, which days are empty, which platform got no content this week — everyone looking at the calendar sees the same picture. After publishing, you hand the work to automation: comments on your posts are handled by comment automation, and DMs land in the unified inbox.

One piece of content, multiple platform targets

Mark the target platforms on every content card so your team can see at a glance what is being prepared for where.

AI content studio

An AI fix for blank-page syndrome

The most expensive part of content production is getting started. Two AI tools in the Studio shorten that:

  • Title & description generator: give it the topic and tone; get post copy and hashtag suggestions in seconds
  • Image generator: produce an image fit for publishing from a brief, even when you have no designer
  • One-click transfer: generated text and visuals are added straight to the content card
  • Approval discipline: even if AI produced it, content can't be scheduled without going through the approval flow

After publishing: engagement goes to automation

Sharing content is half the job; answering the comments and messages that come in is the other half. In ÖzgürKod, that part is already automatic.

Comments → Automation

Comments on your posts go through your keyword and sentiment rules: AI reply, automatic DM, or hiding when needed.

DMs → one inbox

Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Telegram messages in one unified inbox; conversations are assigned to a team member and linked to the customer record.

Sentiment → measurement

Sentiment breakdown of comments (positive/neutral/negative) on the dashboard; you see with data which content sparks discussion and which draws thanks.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What content types are available in the calendar?

Post, reels, story, carousel, video and text-only. Every card carries date-time, target platform badges and a status label; you can drag it between days in the calendar.

How does the approval flow work?

Content opens as a draft and, once ready, moves to “pending approval”; when an authorized person approves it, it becomes “approved” and then “scheduled”. Published content moves to “published”, expired content to “archived” — you always see who is waiting on what.

Are posts published automatically?

The calendar manages planning and approval discipline; at publish time you share the content yourself and move the card to “published”. The post-publishing side, however, is fully automatic: comments are answered by your rules and DMs wait for your team in the inbox.

Are AI images and headlines copyrighted?

AI outputs are generated from your business's brief for your account and can be used as you like. Still, for brand consistency every output goes through the approval flow — your team always decides what gets published.
