Not bulk messages — targeted campaigns
Not a tool that blasts the same message to everyone: it picks the right people using segment, tag and temperature data from your CRM, personalizes the Meta-approved template, sends within your account's rate limit, and reports the outcome of every message contact by contact.

Your existing customer list is your cheapest channel; not reaching it is also a cost.
If your average sale is ₺5,000: the monthly cost of your subscription is not even a single sale.
A professional campaign in 4 steps
The wizard guides you step by step; before sending, you see the audience list and a message preview.
Target audience
Select manually from your customer list or filter live: segment, temperature, source, service, sales rep, custom group, tag, last contact date. Use “Show prospects” to review the list before sending.
Template & media
Choose from your Meta-approved templates. If the template has a header, upload campaign-specific image (5MB), video or document (100MB) — you're not tied to the sample image in the approval.
Variables & speed
Map customer fields to template variables (full name, service, appointment date). Choose a speed of 1–30 messages per minute; the system already won't let you exceed your WhatsApp account's official limit.
Preview & confirm
Preview the message as a WhatsApp bubble, check the summary table, start right away or schedule it for later. You can pause the campaign at any time.
Your CRM data is your targeting power
A campaign's success starts with the list. ÖzgürKod works with your live CRM data, not an Excel list — a customer added yesterday is automatically included in today's filter.
- 8 filter criteria: segment, temperature (🔥/🌤️/❄️), source, service, sales rep, custom group, tag, last contact range
- Campaign history filter: exclude recipients of previous campaigns or target only them
- Duplicate blocking: the same template doesn't go to the same contact again within the period you set (7 days by default)
- Quality filters: numbers that couldn't be reached before and badly formatted numbers are removed automatically
- Respecting opt-outs: customers marked “don't send me campaigns” are always skipped
Your WhatsApp account matters more to us than a campaign
The real risk in bulk sending is getting banned. The engine is designed to protect your account.
Tier-aware rate
Meta gives every account a messaging tier. The system automatically caps your rate to this tier and adds micro-delays between messages to prevent sudden bursts.
Auto-pause
If the error rate exceeds the threshold you set (15% by default) or your Meta quality score drops to yellow/red, the campaign stops on its own and you're notified.
Smart retry
Temporary errors (server, rate limit) are retried 4 times at growing intervals of 1-4-9-16 minutes. Permanent errors (invalid number) are separated out and don't clog the queue.
Delivery health
If a message's status does not update for 10 minutes, the system queries Meta directly, so no “lost message” shows up in your reports.
Per-person, timestamped reports
When the campaign ends, you have data, not guesswork.
Recipient-level status
A separate row for each person: pending → sent → delivered → read → replied. Every transition is timestamped; you can say “Ayşe Hanım read the message at 14:32.”
Live campaign card
The progress bar, delivery %, read % and reply % update in real time. Pause a running campaign with one click and resume it where it left off.
Replies in your inbox
Everyone who replies to a campaign lands in the unified inbox. The chatbot goes on hold for 24 hours for campaign recipients — your team handles the reply, not a bot.
Frequently asked questions
Is bulk messaging legal, and will my account be closed?
Messages are sent through the official WhatsApp Cloud API with Meta-approved templates; it is legal as long as you message your opt-in list in line with KVKK (Turkey's personal data protection law). Automatic pausing and quality score tracking let you grow without putting your account at risk.
Why is template approval required?
WhatsApp requires Meta-approved templates for a business's first contact with a customer. You manage your templates from the panel, and you can add a different image, video or document header to an approved template for each campaign.
Can I personalize messages?
Yes. You connect customer card fields to variables: full name, the service they received, the date of their last appointment, and so on. Dates are written in Turkish (15.09.2026), and amounts are formatted as currency automatically.
Will the same person get messages back to back?
No. Duplicate protection stops the same template from going to the same person again within 7 days by default; you can also exclude previous recipients with the campaign history filter.
How many messages can I send per day?
The limit depends on the tier Meta has given your account (new accounts start low and rise automatically as you keep your quality up). The system reads your tier limit and adjusts the speed accordingly — exceeding the limit is no longer your problem.
Can I schedule a campaign?
Yes, you can set the start date for a future day. You can pause a running campaign at any time and resume from the recipient where it left off.
