Run ad management by the sales in your CRM, not by the number of leads from Meta with .
Ad Center puts CRM results next to Meta spend: which campaign's leads turned into appointments, deals and payment collection, and which ones your team never followed up on. Rules prepare suggestions and you approve them; every budget change is written to history and undone with one click.
The same campaigns, two different rankings
The numbers on the left come from Meta, the ones on the right from your CRM. Change the ranking, pick a rule, apply the suggestion, then undo it.
The part that turns into sales, next to the spend
Meta tells you how many people filled out a form or sent a message. Ad Center shows on the same row whether those people turned into appointments, deals and payments in your CRM.
Drill down from campaign to ad set, then to individual ads. On every row, Meta’s spend and lead count sit next to qualified leads, appointments, deals and payments in your CRM. Ads spent in a different currency are shown in a separate group; amounts are never added together.
A lead with an appointment or a quote always counts as qualified. You choose which stages a lead must reach to count as qualified; the table, rules and suggestions all work with this definition.
Leads older than 1 hour that your team never got back to are counted campaign by campaign, with the median first response time beside them. You can see on the same screen whether the problem is the ad or the team.
“Result of leads received in this period”: what became of the leads received last month so far. “Sales in this period”: deals and payments that took place within the dates you select. Payment return is written as a multiple of spend and is visible only to authorized people.
The most common objections, loss reasons and products asked about in WhatsApp and Instagram conversations from that ad, with ad headline, copy and objection-response suggestions beside them. Suggestions are screened so they contain no prices or claims.
Suggestions come in, the decision stays with you
Rules check your ads and prepare suggestions. No budget changes until you approve it; everything that changes is written to history with who, when and where it came from.
Five of them work with CRM data: the sales team can’t keep up, leads come in but aren’t qualified, scale the campaign that brings payments, spend but no leads, slow first response. The rest watch ad fatigue, cheap leads, steady return, cost spikes and expensive ad sets. You adjust the thresholds to fit your business.
Write up to 5 conditions; compare against a fixed value, the account average, the previous period, or a longer period. Set a minimum data requirement so decisions aren’t made on too little data. “Test on the past” shows how many times it would have triggered in the last 30 days, how many would be applied, and how many would hit a safety limit; it changes nothing.
Suggestions from rules, health checks, AI, and your team arrive in one box, with the evidence behind each one. Before anything is applied, the ad’s current value in Meta is read again. Select several suggestions and apply them in bulk; team members without approval permission send the suggestion to a manager for approval.
A change of more than 20% at once, a second budget change within 72 hours, an ad less than 7 days old, and an increase on an ad still in the learning phase require extra approval. The account’s daily total limit and each campaign’s minimum and maximum budget are never exceeded.
By default, every rule is “applied after approval.” Only the business owner can switch a rule to automatic, and it must first be tested on the past. Automatic changes also follow the safety limits, wait during quiet hours, and appear in the history as “Automatic rule.”
Turn a customer group in the CRM into a Meta audience
- Ready-made groups: existing customers (to exclude from ads), top payers (as a seed for lookalike audiences), lost opportunities, those who received a quote but didn’t approve it, those who missed an appointment, or the stages you choose.
- Up to date every day: the audience updates itself daily; anyone who leaves the group is removed from the Meta audience too.
- Lookalike audience: choose a size between 1% and 10% of the population so Meta can find new people similar to this audience.
- Personal data: no names or raw numbers are sent to Meta; phone numbers and emails go as irreversible hashed values. Only customers who pass the consent filter are sent, and every send is written to the access logs.
- Always excluded: customers who withdrew or refused consent, those with a marketing block, and deleted customers. The audience name in Meta is neutral.
Reach the people who will become customers, not just the ones who fill out the Meta form
If appointment and sales data from the CRM flows to Meta regularly, Meta can learn to show your ads to the people most likely to convert to a sale. Ad Center measures whether you are ready for this.
- Checklist: connection, at least 200 form leads in the last 30 days, stage data, 1–40% conversion to sale rate, a send in the last 24 hours, at least 90% success, send speed, 28 days of history and the WhatsApp ad signal.
- Recommendation when you are ready: a “set the performance goal to Conversion leads” recommendation for your form ad sets appears in the Recommendations box.
- Your settings stay untouched: Ad Center does not change the goal in Meta by itself; it measures, shows what is missing and makes recommendations.
Plan your budget with your own data, and let spending start only when you say so
Build the campaign inside your CRM: budget by goal, CRM audiences, ad copy. In Meta, everything is created paused first.
Plan your budget
“How much should I spend for 10 deals?” It is calculated from your real pipeline and lead cost over the last 90 days; if there is not enough data, it tells you so.
Choose the objective and audience
A message on WhatsApp, a message on Instagram, an instant form or traffic to your website. Target or exclude your CRM audiences.
Write the copy
AI or ready-made templates suggest headlines and copy. Suggestions are filtered so they contain no numbers, prices or claims; you review them before publishing.
Create paused, then publish
The campaign, ad set and ad are created paused in Meta; spending does not start until you click “Publish.” If you stop halfway, continue where you left off or clean up.
In three steps, your ads talk to your CRM
No separate reporting tool to set up, no spreadsheets to match.
1Connect your Meta account
Your ad accounts, campaigns and spend come in. If you grant ad management permission when connecting your Meta account, you can also pause, start and change budgets from the panel.
2Define a qualified lead
Which stage does a lead need to reach to be valuable to you? Choose it; tables, rules and recommendations then work from this definition.
3Turn on the first rule
Pick one of the ready-made templates, test it on past data, turn it on. Suggestions land in the Suggestions box; they apply once you approve them.
What did the ads spend, and what came back? Ready Monday morning.
Even if you don't open the ad dashboard every day, problems reach you before they grow.
Score, issue list and weekly review
- Ad health score 0–100: tracking, data flow, account, ad and lead quality issues in one list; each issue comes with a “how to fix it” link.
- Weekly review: every Monday, the most important candidates found by the rule engine are explained in plain language. The AI does not make up new amounts or numbers; if it is not enabled, the rule engine does the same job.
- Alerts: unexpected spend, a drop in leads, a rise in cost per lead, the daily budget running out early and a new critical issue. You choose which ones you receive in Settings › Notifications.
- Monday weekly summary and an ad line in the daily briefing: how much was spent yesterday, how many leads came in, what each one cost.
- Who changed what: every change is in the history with the person, the source and the result; undo with one click.
How do you do it today?
In most businesses, the ads live in Ads Manager, the results in an Excel sheet, and the question “who took care of this lead?” lives in a WhatsApp group. All three show something; none of them sees the others.
| Ads manager | Excel sheet | WhatsApp group | ÖzgürKod Ad Center | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Did this campaign bring in sales? | Shows the lead count, doesn't know the sales | If someone matches them by hand | People ask “Did anything come from yesterday's forms?” | Qualified leads, appointments, deals and payment collection on the same row |
| Were the leads followed up? | Can't see | In a single column; no telling if it's current | Gets buried under messages | Unanswered lead rate and first response time per campaign |
| Who changed the budget, and why? | Shows the change, not the reason | If someone happens to note it | In a message in the group | In the change history with the person and the source: manual, from a suggestion or from an automated rule |
| When an issue comes up | When you log in and check | When the sheet gets updated | When someone notices and writes | In the health list and in a notification, with a fix link |
| When a wrong budget is entered | You have to remember the old value | Out of scope | Out of scope | Changes over 20% need extra approval; undone with one click |
| Don't show ads to existing customers | The customer list is uploaded by hand as a file | The file is prepared by hand and goes stale | Out of scope | A CRM group becomes an audience in Meta, updated every day |
Ad decisions, right next to your customer records
Ad Center works on top of your lead, appointment, quote and payment collection records. No matching numbers between two screens, no moving reports into another tool.
The same lead recordThe conversation, appointment, quote and payment of the person who came from the ad are handled on the same record in the CRM; the campaign table counts them.
The same team, the same rolesWho sees, who suggests, who approves is set by CRM roles. A team member without approval permission sends their suggestion to a manager for approval.
The same notifications and briefingAd alerts land in CRM notifications, and the daily briefing includes an ad line.
Ad specialist on the AI teamAn ad specialist has been added to the AI agent team; it works with your business's own AI settings.
Details that protect your budget
Pause and resume
Pause the campaign, ad set or ad from the panel; spending stops immediately, and you can restart it whenever you like.
Budget preview
When you enter a new daily budget, the old value, the new value and the percent change are right in front of you; the current budget in Meta is read first.
Budgets left untouched
A daily budget is not changed on an ad set whose budget is set at campaign level, or on an ad with a total (lifetime) budget; the panel tells you why.
Floor, ceiling, total limit
You set the lowest and highest daily budget per campaign, the account's total daily budget limit and the maximum number of automatic changes per day.
Quiet hours
Automatic rules make no changes during the hours you choose; they wait. Manual changes you make are not affected.
Apply in bulk
Select several suggestions and apply them together; each one goes through its own safety limits, and any that need extra approval stay in the box.
Team suggestion
A team member without permission to change ads clicks “Suggest pause”; the suggestion lands in the box and is applied once a manager approves it.
Lead quality
The rate of invalid phone numbers, already-registered (duplicate) contacts and submissions that look fake per campaign appears in the health list.
Account issues
Account closure, payment problems and rejected ads show as critical issues; you get a warning when you are nearing the spending limit.
Ad fatigue
An ad whose click-through rate drops while it keeps being shown to the same people over and over is flagged: the image or text needs refreshing.
Currencies kept separate
Ads spent in TRY and EUR are in separate groups; only payments collected in the same currency as the spend go into the return calculation.
Panel in 9 languages
Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic and Japanese.

Frequently asked questions
Have another question? Write to us and we'll look at your ad account's situation together.
What kinds of ads does Ad Center work with?
It works with Meta ads, meaning campaigns published through Ads Manager on Facebook and Instagram. Spend and results come in at the campaign, ad set and ad level; WhatsApp message, Instagram message, instant form and website traffic campaigns are tracked separately. On every row, Meta's numbers sit next to qualified leads, appointments, deals and payments from the CRM.
Can I change my ads from the panel?
Yes, if you granted ad management permission when connecting your Meta account: you can pause or start a campaign, ad set or ad, and change the daily budget. Without permission, your ads are view-only and suggestions are still shown. You choose which ad accounts to manage on the Accounts and settings tab; changes made from the CRM appear under the name of the connected Facebook user on Meta.
Will rules change budgets for me?
By default, no. Rules prepare suggestions; a suggestion lands in the Suggestions box and is applied when you approve it. Only the business owner can turn on automatic mode for a rule, and before turning it on the rule must be run with “Test on history”. Automatic changes also respect safety limits, a daily change limit and quiet hours; they never restart a paused ad on their own, and each one can be reverted.
Can I revert a change made by mistake?
Yes. Every change made from the CRM is logged in Change history with who made it, where it came from (manual, from a suggestion, an automatic rule or the campaign wizard) and its result. You revert an applied change with one click; the ad returns to its state before that change. If someone else also changed the ad in the meantime, you are warned before reverting.
How is a qualified lead counted?
A lead with an appointment or a quote always counts as qualified. Beyond that, you choose which lead stages also count as qualified. The campaign table, rules and suggestions are calculated with this definition, so “cheap leads” and “leads that work” are shown separately.
How is payment collection return calculated, and who can see it?
The amount customers from an ad have paid is divided by that ad's spend and shown as “return on spend.” Only amounts in the same currency as the spend are included; different currencies are never added together anywhere. Only authorized people (the business owner, admins and managers) can see payment collection, deal amount and return figures.
What does the health score look at?
The score is between 0 and 100, and problems are listed one by one: the status and age of the Meta connection, whether sales information is reaching Meta, whether form leads are landing in the CRM, leads with no known source, account closure, a payment issue and spending limit, a rejected ad, a campaign that spends but brings no leads, leads that were never followed up on, too many impressions to the same people and ad fatigue, the learning phase, and the rate of invalid, duplicate and suspicious-looking submissions. Each problem comes with how to fix it and a link to the relevant screen.
Is my customer data sent to Meta? How does this work under KVKK?
It is only sent when you build an audience and send it to Meta. No names or raw numbers go to Meta: phone numbers and emails go as irreversible encrypted hashes. Only customers who pass the consent filter are sent; customers who have withdrawn or refused consent, or who have a marketing block, are never sent. The audience name in Meta is neutral (“CRM audience” and a number), and every send is written to access logs.
Does Ad Center send my sales information to Meta?
No. Sending appointment and sales information to Meta depends on your Meta Conversion setting. Ad Center measures this sending: form lead volume, stage information, the conversion rate to sale, how current and successful the sending is and how fast it is, and data history. When conditions are met, it suggests you set the performance goal to “Conversion leads” for your form ad sets; it does not change your setting in Meta itself.
What does the AI do, and what doesn't it do?
Every Monday it picks the most important candidates found by the rules engine and explains them in plain language. It does not invent new amounts or numbers: any rationale containing a number that is not in the input is discarded and replaced with the rule's own text. In the campaign insight, it summarizes objections in conversations from that ad, loss reasons and the products people asked about; ad copy suggestions are filtered so they contain no prices or claims. The AI uses your business's own AI setting; if it is not set, the rules engine does the assessment.
Can I create a new campaign from Ad Center?
Yes. On the new campaign tab you choose the objective (message on WhatsApp, message from Instagram, instant form or website traffic), plan the budget with the last 90 days of real data, use your CRM audiences for targeting or exclusion, and write the copy with AI or from ready-made templates. The campaign is first created paused in Meta; no spend starts until you say “Publish.” If creation is interrupted, it resumes where it left off, or you clean up what was created in Meta.
What does the budget planner base its calculation on?
It looks at how many of the leads from that channel in the last 90 days reached your goal (for example, a deal) and at your cost per lead, then shows the daily budget required and the likely range. If there are fewer than 30 leads or fewer than 3 people who reached the goal in the last 90 days, it does not make an estimate and says there is not enough data. The result is an estimate based on your past data; it is not a guarantee.
How do I open Ad Center?
Ad Center opens as a separate module inside ÖzgürKod CRM. To find out whether it is included in your plan and what the activation conditions are, write to us or see the pricing page. Once the module is open, you connect your Meta account, define what a qualified lead is for you, and get started by testing your first rule against past data.
