Hand repetitive work over to engines
Not generic promises but working engines: a rules engine that answers comments, a queue engine that sends campaigns with rate control, an AI engine that reads conversations and surfaces priorities, a chatbot engine that holds a dialogue, and a notification engine that alerts your team.

The cost of the work you do by hand every day shows up in payroll, not in a software invoice.
If one team member hour costs you ₺300: the monthly cost of your subscription equals 9 team member hours.
5 automation engines, one CRM
Each is managed from its own screen; all of them work on the same customer data.
Comment automation
Catches Instagram/Facebook comments with a keyword + sentiment filter; AI writes the reply, sends a DM and hides the comment if needed. Target: all posts, new posts or a single post. Details →
Campaign engine
Queues WhatsApp campaigns; adjusts speed to your account tier, retries temporary errors at 1-4-9-16 minute intervals, and pauses itself if the error rate passes the threshold. Details →
AI conversation analysis
Summarizes incoming conversations automatically; extracts sentiment and intent (“close to buying”, “complaining”), and produces a 0-100 handoff-to-human score and a suggested reply. You set the daily analysis quota.
Chatbot flow builder
Connect welcome, Q&A and routing steps in the visual builder; it branches by keyword and hands unresolved conversations to a rep. Works on WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and web chat.
Notification center
Events such as a new message, a new comment or a paused campaign trigger an instant notification to your team — on the channel you prefer. Nobody says “I didn’t see it”.
Queue & scheduling infrastructure
Under every engine are workers that run every minute: delayed actions (0-60 min), business-hour windows and a status-tracked queue (pending → processing → completed).
Every engine works the same way
Every automation that looks complex comes down to three questions; in ÖzgürKod you answer those three questions by filling out a form:
- When does it run? A comment came in, a message came in, campaign time arrived (webhook + cron triggers)
- Under what condition? Keyword match, sentiment filter, segment/tag filter, working hours, blocklist
- What should happen? Write a reply, send a DM, hide, send a campaign message, notify the team, hand off to a human
- And then? Every step is logged: when it was triggered, what was sent, whether it succeeded — the audit is yours
Your automation's safety belts
We sell control, not speed: every engine has brakes.
Human-rhythm layer
Human mode (random 30–180 sec delay), a 0–60 min queue delay per action, and working hours — automations flow at a human pace.
Automatic brake
If a campaign's error rate crosses the threshold or the account's quality score drops, sending stops on its own; the 24-hour DM limit stops messages from piling up on the same person.
Full traceability
Every job in the queue carries a status (pending/processing/completed/failed); failed jobs are logged with an error message. You never have to guess what happened.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Comment rules are set up on a form screen, chatbot dialogues in the visual flow builder, and campaigns in a 4-step wizard. The technical setup (webhook, cron) is ready on our side.
Which channels do they work on?
Comment automation works on Instagram and Facebook; the chatbot on WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and web chat; the campaign engine on the WhatsApp Cloud API; and notifications and AI analysis across all inbox channels.
Can I stop an automation?
Yes. Every rule and every campaign can be paused with one click. You can see the pending jobs in the queue and resume a campaign from the recipient where it left off. Outside working hours, the engines wait on their own anyway.
What if the AI makes a wrong decision?
The AI is never the sole final decision-maker anywhere: for comment replies, your fallback text and banned-word filter are in play; the chatbot hands off to a human when it can't resolve something; and AI analysis only produces suggestions — your team still sends the message.
