Let page comments manage themselves

Your ad comments fill up with “price?”, “link?”, “can I get more info?” — and nobody has time to reply. Set a rule: the system replies, likes and messages the commenter on Messenger — even at 02:00.

How does Facebook comment automation work?

On Facebook, especially when you run ads, comment volume can hit the hundreds in an instant — and every unanswered comment means a potential customer you paid for goes cold. ÖzgürKod captures every comment on your page with an instant webhook and runs it through your rules: target (all posts / new posts / a single post you pick), trigger words (comma-separated, case-insensitive) and an optional sentiment filter (Positive / Neutral / Negative).

When a rule matches, it runs four actions in any combination you choose: public reply (fixed text or a Gemini-powered AI reply tailored to the comment), like the comment, automatic private message via Messenger (Private Reply — opens a 7-day reply window) and hide the comment. You can add a 0-60 minute delay to each action, and with Human Mode you can make replies go out with a random 30-180 second delay so they read as “hand-typed.”

One rule, four actions

The full set on Facebook

The difference from Instagram: the Facebook API allows liking comments — all four actions are active.

Public reply

Fixed text or a dynamic AI reply. The AI works with 5 tone options (friendly, professional, witty, formal, casual), your brand name, signature and banned-word filter. If the AI can't generate a reply, your fallback text goes out.

Like the comment

When positive comments get liked by your page, engagement visibility goes up and the commenter feels noticed. A delay can be set — they don't all get liked in the same second.

Automatic message on Messenger

Reach the commenter privately: price list, catalog, order link. Private Reply opens a 7-day window; the 24-hour DM protection prevents message pile-ups to the same person.

Hide the comment

Instantly hide spam, competitors' ads and insulting comments. Your ad comments stay clean; hidden ones are kept in the log and you can restore any of them.

Control & safety

Automation on your side, control still in your hands

  • Sentiment filter: a rule runs only on comments with the sentiment you choose; no automated marketing reply goes to a negative comment
  • Toxicity protection: even toxic comments that match no rule are hidden automatically
  • Business hours: limit automation to your working hours
  • Blocklist: troll and competitor accounts can't trigger any rule
  • Live log: who wrote it, which rule ran, what reply went out — with a sentiment distribution chart and search
Rule “price, cost, how much” → AI reply + like + DM

From comment to Messenger, from Messenger to customer

Unified Messenger inbox

All your Messenger conversations in the same inbox as WhatsApp, Instagram DM and Telegram. Conversations are assigned to a sales rep and linked to the customer card.

AI conversation analysis

Incoming conversations are summarized; sentiment, intent and a 0-100 human handoff score are generated. When ad-driven message traffic spikes, you know what to prioritize.

Chatbot flows

Build welcome and FAQ flows with the visual flow builder; when the chatbot can't resolve something, the conversation is handed off to the team and the sales rep gets an instant notification.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Does it also work on comments on ad posts?

Yes — that’s where it shows its real strength. If you set the target type to “all posts,” every comment, including ad comments, runs through your rules; you can also set up a rule for a single ad post.

How does a message reach the commenter on Messenger?

Through Meta’s official Private Reply feature. A private message sent in response to a comment opens a 7-day reply window; if the person replies, the conversation continues in your unified inbox.

Does auto-liking really work?

On Facebook, yes — likes are sent through the official API using your page permissions, with an optional delay. On Instagram, Meta’s API does not support liking comments, so to be honest: this action works only on Facebook.

Will my page get flagged as spam?

That’s what the safeguards are for: Human Mode (random 30–180 second delays), a 0–60 minute delay per action, working hours, 24-hour DM protection, and a sentiment filter. The goal isn’t speed — it’s a natural, well-timed response.

Which permissions are required?

You connect your Facebook page with your own account; the system works through Meta’s official Graph API using your page access token. Your password is never stored anywhere, and you can revoke access at any time.
