In furniture, from the store visit to the quote, from the factory to the delivery, from the promissory note to service.
Furniture store software: quotes with fabrics and options, orders and deposits, factory orders and box receiving, delivery and installation planning, team app, named promissory notes, service and warranty — all in one panel.
A customer looks at a corner sofa in the showroom; you pick the fabric, legs and trade-in value for their old sofa, and the price comes straight from your own catalog. An approved quote becomes an order, the order becomes a factory order, incoming cartons become a delivery day, and the handover form your team has signed becomes the warranty.
- VisitRoom, budget, needed-by date
- QuoteFabric, options, trade-in
- OrderDeposit, plan, promissory note
- SupplyFactory, workshop, parcel
- DeliveryPlan, confirmation, handover form
- ServiceWarranty, parts, visit
Showroom, workshop, custom sizes or online: screens open up to match how you work
The tabs you see depend on the industry you chose at sign-up and the records you use, so sections you don’t use don’t clutter your screen. You can turn them on or off in Settings at any time.
Showroom and dealer
The sale happens in the showroom; the product comes from the factory.
- Store visit, quote and trade-in
- Display items and price tags, sample swatches on loan
- Factory orders by supplier
- Promissory notes and installment sales
Manufacturer with a workshop
You make the product yourself and sell it.
- Work orders with your own stages
- Workshop board and material needs
- Workshop item in the quote with its completion date
- Delivery and assembly in one flow
Kitchens and wardrobes
Every job starts with a measurement.
- Measurement appointments on the calendar
- Measurement form and wall sketch, with versions
- Project quotes by module and countertop meter
- Approved project turns into a workshop work order
Online and Instagram
The sale starts in a message.
- From message to quote, from photo to product
- A public catalog embedded in your site
- Deposits with a payment link
- Real delivery status in the chatbot
You can register a subcontractor crew as a team too; enter the fee per delivery, per product or as a percentage of the amount, and it lands in the expense book once the handover form is signed. The subcontractor’s fitter uses the assembly app on their own phone; you don’t need to open a CRM account.
Items from stock, factory, workshop and display sit side by side in the same order. Factory items go to a factory order and workshop items go to a work order; the customer sees the status of each product separately.
From the first question in the showroom to the signed handover form, every step in one record
Sales, warehouse, workshop, delivery and accounting all look at the same order: which fabric was chosen, which parcel arrived, who paid how much.
“How much would this set be in gray fabric?”
- Store visit: room, budget range, needed-by date and reason (wedding, moving), products viewed, next step; the follow-up day becomes a task.
- Configurator: fabric category, color, legs, size, direction; price differences and extra completion days are calculated instantly.
- Sets and groups: optional pieces (ottoman, armchair) are removed with one click.
- Discount and trade-in: a discount above the limit goes to manager approval; old furniture is deducted at the trade-in amount.
- Version: editing a sent quote creates a new version; a quote can be copied and adapted for another customer.
Approval arrives, the order opens automatically
- Customer approval: approval and signature through the quote link; the deal is approved and the order opens.
- Payment: the deposit rate comes from Settings; deposit + balance on delivery, or down payment + installment plan is offered. Payments are recorded as cash, card, bank transfer, check or trade-in; if iyzico or PayTR is connected, a payment link.
- Stock and reservation: an item in stock is reserved for the customer; an order without a set date waits in the warehouse, and a task opens once the free period is exceeded.
- Partial cancellation: when an item is canceled, the deal, reservation and factory status update together; you choose the cancellation policy.
Factory order in one list, boxes counted at the door
- Bulk order: pending items are grouped by supplier; print it, or send a draft via WhatsApp or email.
- Confirm and lead time: once the confirmation number and per-item lead time are entered, the customer's estimated date updates; a delayed order becomes a task.
- Goods receipt: incoming boxes are counted, a box label with a barcode is printed, and the storage location and shelf are recorded.
- Damaged box: note with photos, service record on the supplier side; the invoice is entered in the expense ledger once.
Measurements live in the sketch, not the notebook
- Measurement appointment: scheduled in the calendar; an appointment moved or canceled in the calendar is reflected in the project.
- Measurement form and sketch: wall lengths, door, window, sockets and utilities; the sketch is drawn, each measurement a separate version.
- Project quote: module list, carcass and door material, countertop per meter; approved like a regular quote.
- Workshop: a work order with your own stages; start, finish, skip, undo; assignee and duration recorded.
Capacity is visible on the team × day board
- Ready queue: orders whose products are ready; partially ready orders get a partial delivery.
- Capacity: the team's daily assembly minutes, number of stops and vehicle volume; a day that exceeds them is flagged on the schedule.
- Balance rule: warn on an unpaid balance or hold the delivery; the choice is yours.
- Confirmation and route order: a confirmation draft to the customer; the day's order set manually or by nearest stop; every delivery an appointment in the calendar.
Count the boxes, assemble, get it signed
- Team app: today's jobs, address, floor and elevator, products, notes, navigation.
- Box check: by box barcode or by count; a missing box shows up before the job.
- Delivery report: delivery status item by item, photo, customer signature; numbered and verified by QR.
- Cash on delivery: the amount collected is posted to payments after office approval.
Warranty is calculated automatically, the period tracked with tasks
- Warranty: starts on the delivery date, at least two years; a longer period can be set for a product.
- Request: from the panel, the team app or the customer portal; with a photo.
- Time limit: maximum repair time set in settings; a task as it approaches, a board warning once exceeded.
- Resolution: part from the factory, service visit for the team, signed service report; any cost left with the company goes to the expense ledger.
From a WhatsApp message to a signed delivery report
You play the store employee: tap “Furniture quote” in the message, choose the fabric and legs, send the quote; then run the order through from factory to delivery.
One promissory note per installment, payable to name
Change the amount and the number of installments: the plan, the deferred payment surcharge and the notes to print appear instantly. The panel uses the same calculation; the notes are linked to the order record.
No more asking in the evening “which box was missing”
The installer, driver and subcontractor log in from their own phones. The store sees every step instantly.
Instead of paper delivery notes and photo groups
- Login: phone number and password; add it to the home screen and it opens like an app. No CRM account is used up; the admin generates the password from the team screen.
- Today and upcoming: only your own crew’s jobs; address, floor and elevator, products, box count, notes, navigation.
- Boxes and photos: count by box barcode (with the scanner or manually) or by quantity; photos taken with the phone camera are added to the job.
- Report and service: customer signature on the phone; a missing or damaged product opens a service record.
- Statuses: in transit, at address, completed, partial, could not deliver, postponed; the store sees them instantly. The app opens in 9 languages based on the phone’s language.
- Offline: if there is no connection, records are queued on the phone and sent when it comes back.
- Prices and location: whether the crew can see amounts is a setting; location is shared only while “in transit” and only if the setting is on, and anything older than seven days is deleted.
Fewer “Where is my order?” questions
Documents are generated from the record; the customer opens it from their own link, and the visitor on your site makes their own choice from the catalog.
Customer portal
- Steps: order received, production / supply, products ready, delivery scheduled, delivered.
- Status by product: at the factory, in production, on the way, ready; with the estimated ready date.
- Delivery day: the customer confirms or asks for another day; the request lands in your tasks.
- Payments and documents: paid, remaining, open payment links, promissory notes, contract, warranty certificate, reports.
- Service: a photo service request for the product they received; they track its status here.
Open catalog and embed
- Your selected products: “show in open catalog” on the product card; category filter, images, dimensions, material, warranty.
- Configurator: the visitor picks the fabric and options, and the price is calculated on the server with your prices; if you want, the price is hidden.
- Ask via WhatsApp: opens with the selections written in the message.
- Request form: lands in the “Catalog requests” list and on the task board; turns into a quote in one click.
- On your site: share it as a link or embed it with a single line of code.
It suggests, you decide
It runs with your own Gemini key and a daily limit; suggestions that are not in the catalog are discarded, and nothing enters a quote without approval.
Quote from a message
A “Furniture quote” button in the Message Center; catalog products, quantity, budget and room in the message are found by rules, and AI enriches them.
Product from a photo
The closest products in the catalog are suggested with a similarity score for the furniture photo the customer sends.
“When will my order arrive?”
The WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and web chat bot answers the linked customer’s order question based on the real status in the record; it does not make up dates.
Limits and caching
The same message or photo is not asked twice; you set the daily usage limit in settings.

Frequently asked questions
Have another question? Write to us and let’s look at your sales and delivery flow together.
What does furniture store software bring together in one panel?
The whole furniture business from sale to service: showroom visits, quotes priced by fabric and options, customer approval and orders, deposits and payment plans, registered promissory notes, orders placed with the factory and receipt of incoming packages, warehouse and display products, custom-measurement projects and workshop work orders, delivery and assembly planning with the team's mobile app, service and warranty, customer portal and open catalog, reports. Messages from WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels, appointments, deals, payments and tasks all stay in the same CRM records.
How is the price calculated based on fabric, color and leg options?
You define option groups on the product card (fabric, color, legs, size, orientation…) and each option carries a price difference as a fixed amount or a percentage, plus an optional extra lead time if you want. You can enter product-specific prices by fabric category (A, B, C…); when the customer picks a fabric, the suite's price comes from that category. Optional pieces can be removed from the quote for suites and sets. A selling price is suggested from the purchase price using a margin rule; you import the factory price list as CSV, apply bulk price increases, and every price change stays in the history.
How does the quote reach the customer, and how does approval turn into an order?
When a quote is saved, a deal record is created in the CRM as well. You send the customer a link; the customer opens the quote, approves it and signs. An approved quote automatically becomes an order: with the line items, trade-in, deposit amount and suggested payment plan. If the sales rep's discount exceeds the limit you set, the quote first goes to the manager for approval. For a customer trading in an old sofa, the trade-in amount is recorded as a payment.
How does ordering from the factory and receiving incoming packages work?
For orders, items coming from the factory are grouped by supplier in the “To be ordered” list. You create a single factory order and print it, or send it as a WhatsApp / email draft (the customer's name is not written in the draft). Once the factory's confirmation number and payment terms are entered, the estimated date of the customer's item is updated, and an order whose payment terms have passed is highlighted as a task. When the goods arrive, the boxes are counted and a box label with a barcode is printed; a damaged or missing box opens a service record on the supplier side. The factory invoice is entered in the expense ledger once.
What should you watch out for with promissory note and installment sales?
A separate promissory note is issued for each installment in the payment plan, and the note taken from the consumer is printed as a named note; the debtor's name and the beneficiary (company name) are required. The installment sales agreement includes the cash price, the total on credit, the deferred payment surcharge and annual rate, the down payment, the installment plan and the withdrawal period; the customer signs the agreement and the document is printed with a verification code. A promissory note payment that is collected is recorded as a payment; a task is opened for notes that are coming due and overdue, and protest and enforcement statuses are kept on the record. If you enable it in settings, guarantor information is also printed on the note. We recommend reviewing the legal texts with your own lawyer.
How do I plan delivery and assembly?
Orders whose products are ready drop into the delivery queue; if only some are ready, a partial delivery can also be opened. You assign the delivery to a day and a team; the team's daily minute, stop and vehicle volume capacity appears on the planning screen. For an order with an unpaid balance, a warning is shown or the delivery is blocked, depending on your setting. A confirmation message draft for the customer is prepared, and the confirmed day is marked; the order of the day is set manually or by the nearest stop. Every delivery appears as an appointment in the calendar.
Does the assembly team app require a CRM account?
No. A team member opens the assembly app in the browser on their phone and signs in with a phone number and password; they see only their own team's jobs: address, floor and elevator, products, box count, notes, navigation. They count boxes by barcode (with a scanner or manually) or by quantity, take photos, and have the customer sign the report on the phone; if a missing or damaged product is marked, a service record is opened. A payment collected at the door is recorded after office approval. If there is no internet, records are queued on the phone. Location is taken only while the team is “on the way” and if the setting is on; locations older than seven days are deleted.
Can I manage custom-size jobs like kitchens and wardrobes?
Yes. You open a custom-size project; the measuring appointment is added to the calendar. In the measurement form you enter walls, lengths and obstacles such as doors, windows, outlets and plumbing, and the system draws a wall sketch from them; photos are added, and each new measurement is stored as a separate version. A project quote is prepared from the module list and countertop meters; once approved, it can turn into a workshop work order.
We produce in our own workshop. Can we track production?
With a workshop profile enabled, you define your own production stages (e.g. cutting, frame, upholstery, painting, quality, packing). Order items to leave the workshop turn into work orders; each stage is started, finished, skipped if needed or reversed, and the person responsible and the duration are recorded. The workshop board shows which job is waiting at which stage; the material needs of open work orders are listed.
How are warranty and service requests tracked?
The warranty period starts on the delivery date for each product and is at least two years; if you defined a longer warranty for the product, that applies. A service request is opened from the panel, the team app or the customer portal; warranty coverage is calculated automatically, the maximum repair time comes from your settings and the time is tracked with a task. You can request a part from the factory, schedule the service visit to a team, and enter the cost borne by the company in the expense ledger. Warranty certificates are printed from delivered products.
Where does the customer track their order?
Every order has a portal link that does not require signing in. The customer sees the status of their products (at the factory, in production, on the way, ready), the delivery day, their payments and promissory notes, the sales agreement, the warranty certificate and the signed reports; they can confirm the delivery day or request another day, and open a service request with photos for a product they received. The QR code on the report and the installment agreement verifies that the document is valid.
Can we show products and prices on our website?
Yes. With an open catalog. You mark the products you want to show in the catalog; when a visitor picks fabrics and options, the price is calculated on the server with your prices (you can also choose to hide the price). The “Ask on WhatsApp” button writes the selections into a message; the request form lands in the “Catalog requests” list in the panel and on the task board, where it can be turned into a quote with one click. The catalog is shared as a link or embedded on your site with a one-line snippet.
What does the AI do, and what does the chatbot tell the customer?
In the Message Center, a “Furniture quote” button appears next to a message that looks like a furniture inquiry; the catalog products, quantities, budget and room mentioned in the message are first found by rules, and if your company’s Gemini key is configured, AI enriches them. Similar products from the catalog can be suggested for a photo the customer sends. Any suggestion not in the catalog is discarded, everything is a quote draft and waits for your approval. The chatbot answers “When will my order arrive?” based on the real status and delivery date in the record; it does not make up a date.
Are automatic messages sent to the customer?
The module does not message customers on its own. Quote, portal and delivery confirmation messages open as drafts in the Message Center; you review them before sending. Because delivery and measurement days are appointments on the calendar, they go out with your appointment reminders if those are enabled. When an order is delivered, a Google review request is scheduled according to your review request settings in the CRM.
The CRM tools the furniture module builds on
The module does not create a new data island; it works on top of your customer, appointment, deal, payment and task records.
