In moving, from a message to a quote, from a quote to a move, from a move to payment collection.
Moving software: from a WhatsApp request to a job, instant pricing with an inventory list and m³, a signed quote, truck and crew planning, a crew mobile panel, a delivery report, U-ETDS and payment collection, all in one panel.
A customer writes: “We’re moving our 3+1 apartment from Kadıköy to Ataşehir.” A form opens filled with the addresses, floor, elevator and items, and the price is calculated instantly from your own rate card. When the customer approves the quote link, the job moves to the calendar, the crew app and the delivery report.
- RequestMessage, form, phone
- PriceInventory list, m³, rate card
- QuoteOptions, signed approval
- MoveTruck, crew, delivery report
- U-ETDSTrip and load reporting
- Payment collectionDeposit, payment at the door
From the first message to the delivery report, every step in one record
Office, crew and accounting all look at the same job: which items left which address, which truck went, and what was collected.
“We’re moving on Saturday, can I get a quote?”
- Unified inbox: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, TikTok and web chat; your team replies from the same inbox.
- Moving request button: appears next to the moving message; the job form opens filled with the customer and the message.
- Online pricing form: embedded on your website; the customer enters the home type, addresses and date, sees a price range based on your approved rate card, and the request comes in as a job.
- Phone requests: paste the note into “Fill from message”; the same extraction runs.
A price from your own rate card, instantly
- Item catalog: items room by room with m³ values; volume adds up as you increase quantities. Disassembly-assembly and fragile items are flagged.
- Volume priority: measured at the survey, otherwise the approved item list, otherwise an estimate by home type.
- Rate card: m³ rate, floor without elevator, mobile elevator, distance, packing, disassembly-assembly, special items, insurance, storage, weekend / end of month, minimum fee, VAT.
- Packages: economy, standard and premium from the same calculation; with vehicle, crew and duration recommendations.
If a survey is needed, book an appointment; if not, send a quote right away
- Survey: on site, by video call or from photos; the survey becomes an appointment on the calendar, and the measured volume feeds the price.
- Quote with options: saved to the deal record; line items come from the services in your rate card.
- Customer approval: they pick an option from the link and sign by drawing; the job becomes “approved” and a planning task opens.
- Deposit: a payment link from the deal; the payment collection is recorded in the deal’s payments.
Who is where, on the vehicle × day board
- Operational days: packing, loading, transport, unloading and assembly on separate days; each day is an appointment on the calendar.
- Vehicle and crew assignment: if the same vehicle or person is booked twice on the same day, you get a warning before saving.
- Document checks: warns when a resource is assigned whose inspection, insurance or driver’s license has expired.
- Packing materials: if the stock module is on, boxes and stretch film are deducted from stock when the job is completed.
On the crew’s phone, in the customer portal
- Statuses: on our way, loading, in transit, unloading; each one appears on the timeline in the customer portal.
- Count and pre-existing damage: items loaded / delivered per item, photos and notes before loading.
- Handover form: the loading list and the delivery form are signed by the customer on the phone.
- Cash on delivery and expenses: the payment collection goes to the deal with office approval, and an approved expense receipt goes to the expense ledger.
Job done; payment collection, review, damage and storage
- Payment collection: the deposit, cash on delivery and remaining balance in the deal’s payments.
- Google review: when the job is completed, the review request is scheduled according to your settings in the CRM.
- Damage claim: the customer reports it from the portal; response time is tracked with a task, and compensation goes to the expense ledger.
- Storage: if the items stay in the warehouse, the monthly fee is added to the payment plan as an installment.
One WhatsApp message, a signed quote in two minutes
Put yourself at the office desk: tap the “Moving request” in the message, confirm the suggested items, choose the services, send the quote. The customer’s approval lands on the same screen.
No more asking “what got broken” back at the office
The crew lead, movers and driver log in on their own phones. The office sees every step in real time.
Instead of paper lists and photo groups
- Sign-in: phone number and password; add it to the home screen and it opens like an app. The admin creates the password on the Fleet & Team screen and sends it as a WhatsApp draft.
- Today, tomorrow, 7 days: only the days assigned to you; addresses, floor and elevator, parking distance, contact person, notes, navigation.
- Offline: if there’s no connection in a basement or warehouse, counts, photos, status and expenses are queued on the phone and sent once when the connection returns.
- Price hidden: you choose in settings whether the crew can see the job amount.
- Location: only while “on the way” and “moving”, and only if the setting is on; anything older than seven days is deleted.
“Could you send the item list and the handover report?”
Documents are generated from the job itself; the customer opens them from their own link.
Customer portal
- Timeline: quote, approval, scheduled day, team status.
- Options and signature: package choice, signed approval, deposit link.
- Item list: the customer adds missing items as suggestions and uploads photos; you approve.
- After the move: reports, damage notification (the time limit is your setting), satisfaction and a Google review link.
- Language: the portal, price form and team app open in 9 languages based on browser language.
Trips, subcontractors and notifications in one record
When a freight profile is opened, a trips tab appears; your home moving jobs stay in the same panel.
Full and partial loads
- Route rate card: province / district → province / district, vehicle type; per trip, ton, pallet, m³ or km; a customer-specific rate takes priority.
- Trips: own vehicle or subcontractor plate and driver; multiple jobs on one trip, loading and delivery by stop, POD.
- Subcontractor freight: when marked as paid it is written to the expense ledger once; trip profitability equals revenue minus cost.
- U-ETDS: in manual mode you enter the number; in service mode, trips and loads are reported with your company’s U-ETDS user and e-Devlet IP registration, including cancellations, from the daily panel.
It suggests, you decide
It runs with your own Gemini key and a daily limit; no suggestion enters a price without approval.
Message to request
Home type, “from X to Y” addresses, floor, elevator, date, item names and services are first extracted by rules; AI fills in the gaps.
Items from a photo
Items in a room photo are suggested from the catalog; low-confidence ones are dropped, the rest are “awaiting approval”.
Photos in messages
Photos you save to the customer card in the Message Center can be selected and reviewed on the job screen.
Limits and caching
The same message or photo is never asked for twice; you set the daily analysis limit in settings.
Your first quote in three steps
When you choose moving as your industry during sign-up, the module is enabled on your account; the dashboard shows the setup steps.
1Company settings
Company name, authorization certificate type and expiry, VAT and currency, portal options. These are printed on documents.
2Fleet and team
Add vehicles with volume, capacity and document expiry dates; add team members with their role and driver’s license and SRC expiry.
3Rate card
You start with a sample rate card; enter your own fees, compare with “See what happens if I apply this”, then approve.
Are quotes converting? Are they winning jobs?
Eight reports, by date range and as CSV. Amounts are visible only to those with financial permission.
Numbers that come from enrollment
- Quote conversion monthly; requests and revenue by source; most common loss reason.
- Volume and m³ price: total m³ and revenue per m³ on completed jobs.
- Vehicle utilization and crew: days worked, jobs, trips, km; crew fees and the number of damage claims on their jobs.
- Job profitability: revenue minus crew and vehicle fees, approved expenses, subcontractor freight and compensation.
- Damage rate and warehouse: damage and compensation against completed jobs; warehouse utilization and monthly revenue.
- Automatic reminders: document expiry, unanswered quotes, days without a crew, U-ETDS, warehouse departures and damage deadlines land on the task board.
So the price doesn’t stay on the phone, the list on paper and the plan in the group chat
Customers send the same message to several companies; the one that replies promptly and consistently wins.

Frequently asked questions
Have another question? Write to us and we’ll look at your quote and moving workflow together.
What does the moving software bring together in one panel?
A moving company’s entire work: requests from WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, TikTok and web chat, job records and addresses, room-by-room item lists and m³, prices and package options, survey appointments, signed quotes and deposits, vehicle and crew planning, the moving-day screen on the crew’s phone, reports and documents, a customer portal, damage requests, storage, shipments and U-ETDS notifications, payment collection and reports. The office, the crew, the customer and the manager all see the same record; everyone sees only what their permissions allow.
How does a WhatsApp message like “we’ll move our 3+1 home” turn into a job?
In the message center, a “Moving request” button appears next to customer messages that look like a moving request. Clicking it opens a new job form pre-filled with the customer and the message: the home type, origin and destination city / district, floor and elevator, requested date, and any items and extra services mentioned in the message are suggested in the form. This inference is rule-based first and works without AI; if your company has a Gemini key configured, AI fills in the remaining fields. Items arrive as suggestions awaiting approval; once you approve them, they go into the price. For requests that come by phone or email, paste them in with “Fill from message”.
How is the price calculated?
Your own rate card: moving fee per m³, floor charge without an elevator, mobile elevator, distance, packing, disassembly and reassembly, special items (piano, safe…), insurance, storage, weekend and end-of-month multipliers, minimum charge and VAT. Volume comes first from what was measured during the survey, then from the approved inventory list, and if neither exists, from a home-type estimate. The same calculation produces economy, standard and premium options, along with vehicle and crew suggestions and an estimated duration. Before you change the rate card, use “What if I apply this?” to see how prices for sample jobs would change.
How does the customer approve a quote, and how is the deposit collected?
The quote is written to the deal record in the CRM and sent to the customer as a link. The customer sees the options, picks one and signs by drawing; the approval flows to the deal and the job, and a planning task is created. To collect a deposit, you create a payment link from the deal. Messages open as drafts in the Message Center, and you review them before sending.
What does the crew see on moving day? Do they need a CRM account?
No. No CRM seat is used. The team member signs in to the moving app from the browser on their phone using their phone number and password; they see only the days assigned to them: addresses, floor and elevator, inventory list, notes, navigation. They mark the statuses “On our way,” “Loading,” “In transit” and “Unloading”; these show live in the customer portal. Item counts, pre-loading damage photos, signed reports, payment collection at the door and expense receipts are all entered on the same screen. If the internet drops, records are queued on the phone and sent once the connection returns.
Is the team's location tracked continuously?
No. Location is collected only while the crew is in “on the way” or “in transit” status and only if the setting is on, at most once per minute; locations older than seven days are deleted. The panel shows the last location of the day. Vehicle tracking device integration is not part of this module.
Which documents are generated?
Moving contract, inventory list, moving waybill, delivery report, damage assessment report, warehouse in/out receipt, proof of delivery (POD) and box label. Signed reports are numbered and verified with a QR code: anyone who scans the QR code sees which company the document belongs to and whether it is valid.
Can I file U-ETDS notifications from the software?
Yes, in two ways. In manual mode, you file the notification on the Ministry screen and enter the U-ETDS number on the trip; the program warns you before a trip departs if no notification has been filed. In service mode, you enter your company's U-ETDS web service username and password (the password is stored encrypted) and define the server IP address in e-Devlet; trip and load notifications, cancellations and the error log all run from the panel. Districts are matched by Mernis code; you import the official list once.
We do freight transport and work with subcontractor vehicles. Is this for us?
Yes. When the freight profile is enabled, you can manage full and partial load jobs, route rates (customer-specific or general; per trip, ton, pallet, m³ or km), trips (own vehicle or subcontractor plate and driver), multiple jobs on one trip, loading and delivery by stop, proof of delivery, subcontractor freight payment and trip profitability. When a subcontractor payment is marked, it is written to the expense book once.
How are item storage and damage claims tracked?
You define your warehouses, room / container / shelf units and their capacities; occupancy shows on the warehouse card. A storage record is linked to the deal with a monthly fee and added to the payment plan as installments; check-ins and partial check-outs are handled with signed receipts. A damage claim is opened from the panel or the customer portal, and response time (SLA) is tracked with a task; a refund or repair compensation is written to the expense book at closing.
Is it accurate to create an inventory list from a photo?
It is a starting point, not a definitive list. When you upload a room photo (or select photos the customer sent), AI suggests items and quantities from the catalog and drops low-confidence ones. Suggestions enter the list as “pending approval”; they do not affect the price until you approve them. This feature runs with your company's Gemini key and a daily usage limit.
Are automatic messages sent to the customer?
By default, no. Survey and moving days are appointments on the calendar, so if your appointment reminders are on, they go out with those. Quote, portal and crew link messages open as drafts in the Message Center. When the job is completed, a Google review request is scheduled according to your review request settings in the CRM.
The CRM tools the moving module is built on
The module does not create a new data island; it works on top of your customer, appointment, deal, payment and task records.
