Logistics CRM: from freight request to proof of delivery every job in one dashboard
Logistics software, program and CRM on one platform: Logistics job tracking software, customer management software and sales automation with WhatsApp.
A shipper sends the same request to several companies at once; the one who responds regularly and consistently wins. ÖzgürKod turns requests coming from WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and web chat into jobs, prices them with your own route tariff, and gets the quote signed via a link. You plan the trip with your own vehicle or a subcontractor, and proof of delivery at each stop, U-ETDS reporting and trip profitability sit on the same record.
Which CRM software should be used for Logistics? ÖzgürKod is a CRM for Logistics businesses: A freight request turns from a message into a job. Quotes from your route tariff, signed quotes, trips with your own vehicle or a subcontractor, proof of delivery (POD) at each stop, U-ETDS, and trip profitability — all in one dashboard. Setup takes minutes; try it free for 7 days.
Familiar problems in logistics operations
Prices quoted in messages, trips tracked in Excel, and delivery documents left on the driver’s phone — a setup that quietly eats into your margin.
A late quote, a lost load
Shippers ask several companies for a price at the same time. When route, pallet and date details scatter across messages, the quote falls behind; the customer signs with the first company that replies in an organized way.
“Where's my load?” traffic
The customer asks about their load; operations calls the driver, the driver doesn’t pick up, the customer waits. When the same chain repeats on every shipment, the team spends the day on the phone.
Trips and subcontractors in Excel
Which load is on which trip, who is the subcontractor plate and driver, has the freight been paid — all in separate tables. When the same vehicle is booked twice for the same day, you only notice in the morning.
Missing delivery document
The signed delivery note stays on the driver’s phone or in the glovebox. When the customer says “short delivery”, there is no record of who received it or when.
U-ETDS and document deadlines forgotten
Trip notifications must go out before departure, while inspection, insurance and vehicle registration expiries live in a separate calendar. When one is forgotten, the problem hits while the vehicle is on the road.
Profit at month end, by guesswork
Freight revenue is known; but subcontractor payments, fuel, tolls and driver costs are in different places. Which trip made money is only visible at month end — and even then by guesswork.
What does ÖzgürKod do for logistics companies?
With the load profile of the Moving & Transportation module: one record from request to delivery document.
From shipment request to delivery document
- In the Message Center, a “Transport request” button appears beside a message that looks like a load request; the job form opens filled in with route, date, tons or pallets
- Define your route tariffs by province / district and vehicle type (per trip, ton, pallet, m³ or km); a customer-specific tariff takes precedence over the general tariff
- Send the quote as a link; the customer selects and signs, and the approved job links to a deal and a payment collection record
- Set up the trip with your own vehicle and driver or with a subcontractor plate and driver: multiple jobs and stop sequence on one trip; vehicle or driver conflicts, capacity overflow and expired vehicle documents are flagged during planning
- Generate a proof of delivery (POD) with the recipient’s name and signature at the stop, verified by QR code; the customer sees the trip status from a portal link
- Track U-ETDS notifications manually or send them from the panel with your company’s web service user; subcontractor freight goes to the expense ledger, and trip profitability to a single screen
A message from WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or web chat becomes a job with “Transport request”; an online price form collects requests from your website.
Your route tariff (customer-specific or general) produces the price; if there is no tariff, the km × vehicle type tariff, the minimum amount and the dangerous goods (ADR) surcharge apply.
The quote is saved as a deal record and sent as a link; the customer approves by signing, and a planning task opens.
Own vehicle or subcontractor; multiple jobs and stop sequence on one trip. Conflict, capacity and vehicle document warnings appear during planning.
If U-ETDS is required, approval is requested on departure when no notification has been made; the trip status appears in the customer portal.
Loaded / delivered per stop; POD with the recipient’s signature. When all stops are delivered, the job completes automatically.
Payments collected are recorded against the deal’s payments; subcontractor freight goes to the expense ledger, and trip profitability is calculated as revenue minus cost.

What should you look for when choosing a CRM for Logistics?
Before you decide, evaluate your candidates against these 5 criteria.
5 criteria
- A module ready for your industry. Instead of adapting a generic CRM for months Logistics choose a system that is ready on day one for your workflow (record fields, tags, reminder templates).
- WhatsApp and Instagram integration. In Turkey customer most communication comes through WhatsApp and Instagram; a CRM that does not offer a unified inbox through the official API leaves half the work outside.
- Automatic reminders and follow-up. Appointment, payment and repeat reminders should live in the system, not in memory; every missed reminder is lost revenue.
- Turkish-language support and TL pricing. Dollar-based foreign tools carry exchange rate risk and an English-only support barrier; TL pricing and Turkish-language setup support make total cost predictable.
- Free trial and cancellation without commitment. Try it with your own data before you decide: choose a solution that requires no credit card, offers at least a 7-day free trial and can be canceled whenever you want.
Logistics program, software or CRM?
Most business owners search for the solution they need as “Logistics program,” “Logistics software,” “Logistics job tracking software” or “Logistics customer management software.” “CRM” is the international name for this solution, and the need is the same: keep customer information in one place, never miss a request, and bring order to your work.
As a Logistics automation, ÖzgürKod gathers customer messages from WhatsApp, Instagram and the web in one panel and handles quote and payment collection tracking on the same screen. We also cover industry-independent selection criteria in our CRM software selection guide.

Is logistics CRM different from a fleet tracking system?
Yes. A fleet tracking system shows where the vehicle is; ÖzgürKod manages the request, price, quote, trip, delivery document and payment collection. There is no vehicle tracking device integration, and vehicle location is not shown on a map. Your customer sees the shipment status from the portal link, based on the steps you mark on the trip and stops (loading, on the way, unloading, delivered).
Can I offer special pricing to my corporate customers?
Yes. You define the route tariff per customer; when a price is calculated, that customer's tariff is used first, otherwise the general tariff applies. Tariffs are based on city/district, vehicle type and unit (trip, ton, pallet, m³, km); they take an effective date and a minimum amount. Quotes can be prepared in TRY, EUR, USD or GBP.
Does it automatically notify customers of shipment status?
It does not send messages on its own. Trip and stop statuses are written to the customer portal; the customer checks the link themselves. A ready draft is opened in the message center for sending the quote and portal link to the customer — you are the sender.
We do both home moving and freight, can I separate the two?
Both run in the same module, separated by job type: home moving, office, intercity, international, partial items, elevator, storage, full truckload and partial load. You filter the job list and status board by job type; home jobs run on item lists and m³, freight jobs run on route tariffs and trips. In the profitability report, revenue, cost and profit appear together for each job type. No separate pipeline or separate message flow is set up.
Can I file U-ETDS notifications from the software?
Yes, in two ways. In manual mode you file the notification on the Ministry screen and enter the U-ETDS number on the trip; the program asks before departure on a trip with no notification filed. In service mode, trip and load notifications, cancellations and the error log run from the panel using your company's U-ETDS web service user and the server IP address defined in e-Devlet.
How long does setup take, can my team get used to it?
ÖzgürKod is cloud-based; no server setup is required and it is usable the day the account is opened. You import your customer list via Excel or CSV. Once you enter your route tariffs and vehicles, you can turn the first request from a message into a job; you decide whether team members see only the customers assigned to them or all records.
Logistics software and CRM the same thing? Which one is ÖzgürKod?
In practice they describe the same need. Businesses usually search for "Logistics software", "Logistics software", "Logistics job tracking software“ or “customer management software”; “CRM” is this solution is the international name. ÖzgürKod delivers all of these names on one platform: customer communication, appointments, quotes and orders, payment collection and reporting are all in one place. So whatever term you search with, the solution you reach is the same; you don’t need to set up separate software.
