ÖzgürKod is cloud CRM and order management software. Its Order Tracking module connects your Trendyol, Hepsiburada and Çiçeksepeti stores: orders arrive by themselves, returns are listed in one place, and a stock change in ÖzgürKod updates the quantity on every connected marketplace. An Amazon.com.tr connection has been built and is waiting for Amazon's approval.
What does ÖzgürKod do for marketplace sellers? It brings marketplace orders, returns and stock into the same panel as your WhatsApp, Instagram and website sales. You connect a store once; after that, orders come in by themselves and stock stays the same everywhere. ÖzgürKod has been building business software since 2017 and is based in Tuzla, İstanbul.
Marketplace orders arrive in the panel by themselves
Connect your store once in Order Tracking → Marketplaces. Orders, returns and stock meet in one panel, with no copying by hand.
Trendyol Live
Orders and returns arrive in the panel, and the quantity on Trendyol is updated when your stock changes. Approve returns and report items you cannot supply from the panel. Connects with the integration details from your Trendyol seller panel.
Hepsiburada Live
Orders and returns arrive in the panel, and stock is updated on Hepsiburada. If you ship with your own carrier agreement, the tracking number is reported to Hepsiburada.
Çiçeksepeti Live
Orders arrive with the card message and the requested delivery date, stock is updated on Çiçeksepeti, and you approve returns from the panel.
Amazon.com.tr Awaiting Amazon approval
The connection is waiting for Amazon to approve the ÖzgürKod app. Once approved, it opens on the same screen. What it does and what it never touches is explained below.
A safe start
A new connection starts in test mode: orders and returns are imported, but stock, price and status updates are not sent until you turn them on. You first see in the Sync log what would be sent.
Sending prices is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, a price more than 30% below the current marketplace price is not sent; you can change this limit in the settings.
Marketplace buyers
Buyers who come from a marketplace are added to the order record but excluded from bulk campaigns from the start. Your campaigns only go to customers who contacted you through your own channels.
A buyer's phone number is never written to the customer record. It is written to the order only if you turn this on, for deliveries with your own courier.
What the Amazon connection does, and what it never touches
For products you ship yourself on Amazon.com.tr. The connection opens once Amazon approves the ÖzgürKod app.
How do you connect?
In ÖzgürKod, open Order Tracking → Marketplaces, choose Amazon TR and press "Allow on the Amazon TR page". Amazon Seller Central opens; sign in with the primary user of your seller account and authorize ÖzgürKod.
ÖzgürKod never asks for API keys or passwords. The authorization issued by Amazon is stored encrypted. It must be renewed every 365 days, and Amazon emails you before it expires.
What does it do?
- Stock: when stock changes in ÖzgürKod, the quantity on your Amazon listing is updated.
- Price: it can send your price as well. This option is off by default.
- Orders: orders you ship yourself, and their status changes, arrive in Order Tracking.
- Shipping: when you mark an order as shipped with the carrier and tracking number, the shipment is confirmed on Amazon.
- Returns: Amazon's returns report is read every 2 hours, and returns appear in the Returns tab. Approving a return stays in Seller Central.
- Items you cannot supply: if an item is out of stock or mispriced, you can cancel that order on Amazon from ÖzgürKod; the order closes here once Amazon confirms the cancellation.
What does it never touch?
- The buyer's name, address, phone number and email are never retrieved or stored. Only the city and district of the delivery address are read, and all Amazon orders are kept under one shared "Amazon TR buyers" record.
- Orders fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) are not imported, and stock on FBA listings is never changed.
- No messages or marketing are sent to Amazon buyers.
How do you revoke access?
Revoke ÖzgürKod at any time in Seller Central → Apps and Services → Manage Your Apps.
If you delete the connection in ÖzgürKod, the stored authorization, product matches, return records and sync log are deleted too. Orders already imported stay in your records.

Three steps, no surprises on your store

Start a 7-day free trial and open Order Tracking.
2Connect your store
Add your store in Order Tracking → Marketplaces. Trendyol, Hepsiburada and Çiçeksepeti use the integration details from your seller panel; Amazon uses authorization in Seller Central.
3Match products, then turn on updates
Match your products once in the Product matching tab. Check in the Sync log what would be sent, then turn off test mode.

Do I have to give ÖzgürKod my Amazon password or API keys?
No. You authorize ÖzgürKod inside Amazon Seller Central. ÖzgürKod receives an authorization from Amazon, stores it encrypted and uses it only for the actions described on this page.
Which Amazon store does the connection work with?

When will the Amazon connection be available?

Does ÖzgürKod store my Amazon buyers' personal data?
