Your team's tasks, calendar and conversations in one place.
Assign work to a person, drop it into a free slot, and keep the conversation inside the task. Who will do what, and by when — everyone sees the same screen; overdue work shows up before anyone asks.
Who is free, and when? At a glance.
Tasks, appointments, time off and working hours on one timeline. Putting work with the right person at the right time takes seconds.
Type “Tomorrow 14:00, customer call with Ayşe, 45 min.” The person, day, time and duration are parsed out; the task lands on that person’s row. It recognizes Turkish suffixes: Ayşe’ye, Mehmet’le, Can ve Zeynep ile.
As soon as you type a person’s name, their free slots for that day appear. Appointments, approved time off and working hours are taken into account; if there is no shared opening, the next available day is suggested.
When you try to put work in a busy slot, on someone who is on time off or outside working hours, you are warned before you save: “Mehmet is busy at that time.”
Work without a set time waits in the “Unscheduled tasks” tray. Drag it and drop it on a person’s row; on a phone, select it first, then tap the time.
Drag a block to another person or time, or extend its duration from the handle. Something wrong? One click restores it.
Keep the conversation inside the task
No more searching WhatsApp for “where did you put that file?”. Comments, files, decisions and who changed what — all of it sits in the work itself.
Each comment opens its own reply thread, so the main feed stays uncluttered. Replies notify only the people in that thread — not everyone’s bell rings.
Type @ and pick someone from the team; they get a “mentioned you” notification and start following the task automatically. Someone who can’t see the board can’t be mentioned, so content doesn’t leak.
No need to write a message to say “Got it”: just leave a reaction. Drag or paste a file into the comment box; images open with a preview.
Assignees, creators, commenters and mentioned people follow the task automatically. On new comments, list changes, completion and due date changes, only followers are notified.
Who moved it, who changed the due date, who completed it? Activity is recorded on the server, and only fields that actually changed are written. When the discussion ends, the answer to “why did this happen” stays with the task.
An organized team in three steps
No setup, no training week. Your first board is ready today.
1Set up a board
Create a board for a department or project. With “Create ready-made lists”, To do, In progress and Done appear in one click; name the lists however you like.
2Assign the work
Assign the task to one or more people. Give every checklist item its own owner and its own deadline; the real distribution of work shows up at the item level.
3Everyone checks their own list
Every team member starts the day with My work: the tasks assigned to them, that they follow and that mention them from all boards; overdue items on top, notifications in the inbox.
The week’s summary, ready before the meeting
See the answer to “What got done this week, what got stuck?” without asking anyone.
Numbers and interpretation together
- Weekly or monthly period; every number is compared with the previous period.
- Highlights are written in plain sentences: is open work piling up or shrinking, and which task has been overdue the longest.
- People and boards table: completed, overdue, on-time rate. Click a person and the lists are filtered.
- Overdue and completed task list, daily flow and the trend of the last 8 weeks.
- CSV and print: take the report to a meeting or to accounting in one click.
Where does work get lost?
On most teams, tasks live in a WhatsApp group or a shared spreadsheet. Both record the work; neither follows it.
| WhatsApp group | Shared spreadsheet | ÖzgürKod tasks | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who has this? | Buried under a message | Written in a column, no telling if it is current | A person is assigned to the task; each item has its own owner |
| When the deadline passes | Nobody notices | Someone sees it if they open the spreadsheet | Notification to the owner, an “Overdue” heading in My work |
| Conversation and files | Among the other 300 messages | Not in the spreadsheet, somewhere else | Inside the task: reply thread, @mentions, attachments |
| The team's free time | You ask one by one | Invisible | In the timeline along with appointments, leave and working hours |
| Who changed what | Unknown | Mostly unknown | In the activity history, with who and when |
| Weekly performance | Counted by hand | Formulas built by hand | Weekly/monthly report, with the difference from the previous period |
| Who sees what | Everyone in the group sees everything | Anyone with the link | Board-based permissions; work you cannot see shows as “Busy” |

Small things that help every day
Four views
Board, table, timeline and calendar. The same data, for the way each person works.
Assigned checklist
Each item gets its own owner and deadline. As items are completed, the card's progress ring fills up on its own.
Deadline alerts
“Deadline approaching” and “Deadline passed” notifications go separately to the owner of the task and of each item.
Waiting for attention
The board summary counts overdue, high-priority and unassigned work; filter it in one click with “Show overdue”.
Drag, paste, preview
Drag or paste files into a task; images open in a lightbox and large photos are resized automatically.
Board-based visibility
Marketing does not see the accounting board. Work belonging to someone without view permission shows in the timeline only as “Busy”.
Archive, not delete
A finished task, list or board goes to the archive; when someone asks “how did we do this last time?”, bring it back.
Live updates
When a teammate moves a task or writes a comment, your screen updates without a refresh.
Keyboard shortcuts
Save with ⌘↵, clear the plan with Esc, move the selected time slot with the arrow keys. Plan without reaching for the mouse.
Full-featured on mobile
Sticky bar between lists, drag by touch, tap-tap scheduling. Field teams upload a photo straight to the task.
Copy and reuse
Do not rewrite a monthly task from scratch: copy it together with its checklist.
Assigned to me
In a crowded board, see only the work assigned to you in one click; tasks with unread comments are marked with a badge.

Frequently asked questions
Have another question? Write to us and we will look at it together with how your team works.
Can team members see other people's tasks?
You decide, board by board. The account owner and admins see all boards; team members see only boards they are a member of, boards they created, or boards that contain a task assigned to them. A board with no members at all is open to the whole team. Work belonging to someone without view permission appears on the timeline only as “Busy”; its title and content stay hidden.
Who can create boards, and who edits the lists?
Creating boards, adding members to a board, and adding, deleting and naming lists are restricted to managers (manager, admin and account owner). Team members can add tasks, move tasks between lists, comment and archive; they cannot delete a task someone else created. This keeps the board's order intact while day-to-day work never waits on anyone.
What happens if a task's deadline is missed?
A notification goes to the task's owner as the deadline approaches and once it has passed; checklist items send the same alert to the item's own owner. Overdue tasks are gathered at the top of the person's My work screen under the “Overdue” heading, are counted in the board's “Needs attention” summary, and are listed in the manager's weekly report along with the longest-overdue item.
When scheduling tasks, are appointments and leave taken into account?
Yes. The timeline shows people's tasks, their CRM appointments, approved leave and working hours on the same screen. If you try to put a task on someone who is on leave or into a slot that is already taken, or if you pick a time outside working hours or a non-working day, you get a warning. When you type a person's name, their free slots for that day are highlighted.
Can I attach files to tasks, and what is the limit?
You can drag and drop the file onto the task or paste it from the board; images open with a preview. Files are stored in cloud storage and count against your plan's storage; the quota is checked before upload. Large photos are compressed automatically without any loss of quality.
Can it be used on a phone?
Yes. The panel is mobile-friendly: you switch between lists with a sticky bar, move a task to another list with a single tap, and place an unscheduled task by first selecting it and then tapping the time slot on the person's row. Field teams check off completed items from their phone and add photos straight to the task.
How do tasks work alongside customer records?
Tasks work inside the CRM, with the same account and the same team: notifications arrive in the same bell, and appointments appear on the timeline. You can open a separate board for customer operations and create tasks under the customer's name. For the sales process itself (stages, follow-up times, quotes), we recommend managing it in the sales pipeline module.
What languages is it available in?
Task screens are available in 9 languages: Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic and Japanese. Each user picks their own language; team members working in different languages can collaborate on the same board.
